Ctrip made an equity investment in ToursForFun in December 2013 as a strategic investor. ToursForFun focuses on travel business in North America. It undertakes both domestic and overseas tourism projects, which contain the booking of various individual and group tours, flights, hotels and admission tickets in various countries and regions including the United States, Canada and Europe. Ctrip became ToursForFun's strategic investor upon the closing of transaction in January 2014.
