Recently, Gaw Capital announced its completion of the acquisition of two out of four Shanghai Sky SOHO buildings, jointly with its co-investors including Allianz Real Estate. Serving as Gaw Capital's legal advisor, the legal teams from Llinks Shanghai and Hong Kong offices assisted in the deal structure demonstration, due diligence, transaction documents drafting, negotiations, and closing of the project.
Sky SOHO is the only building in Shanghai that was designed by the late architect Zaha Hadid, who received various awards across the globe. With its smart, streamlined design, this comprehensive function building has become a new commercial landmark in Shanghai, which created a structural effect that looks like being in a natural canyon.
