This round of financing fully demonstrates the capital market's high recognition of Pulsecare's breakthrough technological innovation capabilities in the field of cardiovascular intervention, its strategic layout of cardiac electrophysiology products, and the significant clinical value of the world's first Nanosecond Pulsed Field Ablation (nsPFA) system, NxPFA®. The raised funds will be primarily dedicated to: accelerating the commercialization of the core product, the NxPFA® nsPFA system; deepening the company's comprehensive solution layout in cardiac electrophysiology centered on nsPFA technology; and fully advancing the multi-center registrational clinical studies and subsequent registration application for the industry's first Modulated Acoustic Field Renal Denervation (muRDN) system in the field of hypertension interventional therapy.
