Recently, Zhejiang Xinhan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhan Intelligent") announced the completion of its Pre-A round financing exceeding RMB 100 million. This round of financing was led by Eastern Bell Capital, with participation from Zhejiang Science and Technology Innovation Parent Fund, Puhua Capital, and L2F Lightspeed Founder Fund. The funds raised in this round are intended to be primarily invested in the research and development of core two-phase liquid cooling technologies, the enhancement of intelligent production capacity, and overseas market expansion, further assisting intelligent computing centers in coping with heat dissipation challenges under high-density computing power scenarios, and driving the construction of green and efficient digital infrastructure.

In recent years, the continuous growth in demand for AI large model training and inference has driven a steady increase in AI chip power consumption and cabinet power density, making heat dissipation issues in high-performance computing scenarios increasingly prominent. It is understood that the single GPU power consumption of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform exceeds 2,000W, with single cabinet power breaking through 250kW, and the power consumption of the next-generation Rubin Ultra chip is expected to exceed 3,000W. By comparison, traditional air cooling solutions are generally difficult to cover heat dissipation requirements above 20kW per cabinet; single-phase liquid cooling solutions also face engineering adaptation and stability challenges in scenarios with higher heat flux density and instantaneous load fluctuations. Two-phase liquid cooling technology, which possesses a higher heat flux density carrying capacity, is gradually becoming an important solution direction for heat dissipation in high-power AI computing.

Focusing on the field of AIDC liquid cooling dissipation, Xinhan Intelligent is one of the few full-stack liquid cooling solution providers in China equipped with core capabilities in both single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling technologies. The company has formed a technology and product matrix covering multiple types of liquid cooling products, including water cooling plates, single-phase immersion, two-phase immersion, and two-phase cold plates. Its self-developed Landau™ 2PCP two-phase cold plate and Landau™ 2PIC two-phase immersion liquid cooling solutions can meet heat dissipation requirements with a heat flux density exceeding 200W/cm², support a single cabinet power density of up to 200kW, and can adapt to NVIDIA GB300, GB200, H200, and next-generation Rubin series AI chips.
