Recently, Llinks rendered comprehensive professional legal services for Shanghai Palatine Series Trust, a QDII product recently launched by Shanghai International Trust Co., Ltd., which include advising on the deal structure, drafting and modifying the trust documents, as well as reviewing and amending the transaction documents. This QDII product is the first Trust-QDII product in China. In December 2009, Shanghai International Trust Co., Ltd. obtained SAFE approval for an investment quota of US$ 200 million.
