Llinks Advised Jiangsu Shentong on Initial Public Offering and Listing

With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd's Initial Public Offering of 26,000,000 common shares raised a total fund of RMB 572 million on 10 June 2010. Jiangsu Shentong was afterwards listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 23 June 2010.
