Llinks Advised on the Issuance of First Tranche of Short-term Financing Bill in 2011 by Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Co., Ltd.

After the registration with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors in December of 2010, Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Co., Ltd. successfully issued the first tranche of short-term financing bill with the size of RMB 0.4 billion in January of 2011 (the total registered size is RMB 0.7 billion).
