In April 2020, Llinks provided legal services for acquisition financing for Daning International Commercial Plaza (Lifehub@Daning) in Shanghai.
This financing is a syndicated financing provided by a number of domestic and overseas banks led by OCBC Singapore, involving the linkage of domestic and overseas syndicates. In addition, this project involves a series of complex legal issues such as multiple-currencies, interest rate and exchange rate swaps and financial assistance.
