Llinks advised on the buyer's export credit for supplying escalators by Chinese contractor in Tehran metro project. As PRC Counsel to the bank, Llinks prepared facility agreement and participated in the relevant negotiations. The Buyer's Export Credit Agreement was executed by Bank of Shanghai and Bank Tejerat of Iran on March 5, 2001.
The first-stage construction of Teheran metro is the biggest metro equipment export project of China up to now. In earlier years, our attorneys provided legal services to 16 Chinese banks on export credit for the main construction of Tehran metro.
