HSBC China Dragon Fund, a close-ended fund, will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 20, 2007. The offering of the Fund has been completed, and a portion of the funds raised will be invested in the PRC A-share market, through the Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor quota. This is the first actively managed Chinese equity fund listed on the Hong Kong Exchange. Llinks acted as PRC legal counsel to HSBC Investments (Hong Kong) Limited.
