Recently, the "CICC Trust·Hubei Expressway ETC Service Trust" (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"), adviced by Llinks, has been successfully established. As a proactive exploration in response to the three-tier regulation of trust business, exploring the applicable scenarios of prepaid fund service trusts, and returning to the essence of trusts, this project is the first nationwide ETC application scene service trust, with CICC International Trust Co., Ltd. serving as the trustee.
Utilizing the institutional advantages of trust property independence and focusing on the safety of assets, the Project provides administrative management services such as trust property custody, account management, payment settlement, and clearing distribution around consumer transactions in the transportation sector. This not only helps the settlor achieve the independence of prepaid fund property, risk isolation, and fund security but also effectively meets the diverse needs of various parties in the consumer sector by making full use of the trust mechanism to handle multi-party relationships.
