This financing is a parallel offshore and onshore loan advanced to a leading player in the IDC industry by HASE and NCB respectively, for the purpose of acquisition of an IDC in Waigaoqiao Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, involving a number of jurisdictions such as the PRC, Hong Kong and Cayman.
