Llinks advised Shanghai Erfangji Co., Ltd. ("Erfangji") on its sale and replacement of material assets. After this transaction, Erfangji's controlling shareholder has been changed to Shanghai Shibei Hi-Tech (Group) Co., Ltd. and its main business changed to the development, operation of and investment in industrial parks. Meanwhile, Erfangji has resumed its postion as a normal listed company and its stock abbreviation has been changed from "ST Erfang" to "Erfangji".
