Llinks recently advised Credit Agricole Indosuez, Shanghai Branch as Facility Agent, Credit Agricole Indosuez, Shanghai Branch and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Shanghai Branch as Coordinating Arrangers, and China Construction Bank, Shanghai Branch as participating lender, in relation to the US$ 35,170,000 and RMB291,200 000 term loan facilities for Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Industrial Gases Co., Ltd. The loan was guaranteed by Air Liquide International and Praxair, Inc.. The purpose of the loan was for financing of the development and construction of certain manufacturing facilities for industrial gases in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park.
Llinks took an overall responsibility for documentation, negotiation and coordination.
