In December 2020, China Dili (stock code: HK.01387) announced that it has entered into a Subscription Agreement with JD.com, pursuant to which JD.com will subscribe for 478,067,066 shares of China Dili at HK$798,372,000, representing approximately 5.37% of the issued share capital of China Dili. Via this partnership, China Dili and JD.com will strengthen resources integration and mutual empowerment in respect of fresh produce distribution, supply, and upstream and downstream of the industry chain, etc. Through modern and digital technology, the two parties will establish a modern fresh produce supply chain as well as a distribution service platform, digitalizing the whole fresh produce distribution industry chain, and jointly build the most advanced fresh produce supply chain system in China.
