In July 2023, the syndicated loan drawdown was successfully completed for Shaojialou Renewal Project in Shanghai as jointly implemented by Shui On Group and local government in Minhang, Shanghai.
The project covers an area of approximate 429.5 mu from planned Jiagen Road to the east, Yaojia River to the south, Huichi Road to the west and planned pond and lake to the north. The project company known as Shaoloutiandi established by Shui On Group and local government is to undertake development of this project into another landmark ancient water town.
This syndicated loan is arranged by CMB, SPDB and BOCOMM as co-arrangers, with participating lenders including CMB, SPDB, BOCOMM, BOC, ICBC, SHICB, Industrial Bank, etc.
