On 24 July 2019, the global mining giant A+H listed company China Molybdenum Co.,Ltd ("China Molybdenum") completed its acquisition of the world famous metal trader IXM B.V. via its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary CMOC Limited at a price of around 518 million US dollars(the "Transaction"), through which China Molybdenum will indirectly hold 100% of IXM B.V.'s shares.
