On July 22, 2025, Suzhou Kema Material Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301611.SZ, hereinafter referred to as "Kema Technology"), a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext board, announced that Kema Technology signed an Equity Transfer Agreement with shareholders Pengbo He and Kai Hu of Suzhou Kaixin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kaixin Semiconductor") to acquire 73% equity of Kaixin Semiconductor held by them. Upon completion of the transfer, Kema Technology will hold 73% equity of Kaixin Semiconductor and become its controlling shareholder.

Relying on independent R&D, it has substantial expertise and ongoing development capabilities in CVD silicon carbide ceramic components technologies and processes.
