Recently, Jiangsu Hid.Func. Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hid.Func. Technology") announced the completion of a Pre-A+ financing round totaling nearly RMB 100 million. This round was co-led by Qifu Capital and Fudan Sci-Tech Innovation, with follow-on investments from Suzhou Sci-Tech Innovation, Xianghe Capital, and industrial strategic investors.

Founded in 2023, Hid.Func. Technology is a new energy enterprise dedicated to the design, research and development, and sales of novel sodium-ion batteries. Since its inception, Hid.Func. Technology has rapidly made its mark in the sodium-ion battery sector, driven by its globally leading "anode-free" sodium battery technology. To date, Hid.Func. Technology has successfully developed three major series of battery cells: high specific energy (Yinfeng), high power (Yinsu), and high safety (Yinhu). Notably, the shipment volume of the high-power (Yinsu) series products has successfully broken into the top domestic tier, while the high specific energy (Yinfeng) series products have secured testing certifications from several leading light-duty power, passenger vehicle, and commercial vehicle manufacturers. The funds raised in this round will primarily be allocated toward the construction of new production lines, as well as the continued product iteration and R&D of sodium batteries across multiple technological routes.

Since its establishment, Hid.Func. Technology has successfully completed multiple financing rounds. As Hid.Func. Technology's legal counsel and long-term partner, Llinks has provided comprehensive, end-to-end legal services for all of Hid.Func. Technology's previous financing rounds, leveraging its extensive expertise in the investment and financing sector.
