On 17 November 2022, Zhuhai CosMX Battery Co., Ltd. ("Zhuhai CosMX") convertible corporate bonds ("convertible bonds") were listed and traded on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Llinks acted as the issuer's lawyer to provide legal services for Zhuhai CosMX in this issuance of convertible bonds.
Zhuhai CosMX is a global leader specialized in the research and development, production and sales of polymer soft pack lithium-ion batteries. It has established the long-term and stable cooperative relations with the world's top electronics companies and well-known mobile phone brand manufacturers including Huawei, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Apple, HP, Dell, etc., with an operating income of more than 10 billion yuan in 2021. According to Techno Systems Research statistics in 2020 and 2021, lithium-ion battery equipped in notebooks and tablets ranked second in the world.
The scale of the raised funds exceeds 3 billion yuan, and the implementation of the investment project will assist Zhuhai CosMX to consolidate and expand its sales scale, and enhance its market share, competitiveness and sustainable development ability.
As the issuer's lawyer, Llinks once again adviced on its convertible bond issuance after Zhuhai CosMX's IPO listing at the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in October 2021.
