As deal counsel to La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild Banque ("Rothschild"), Llinks advised Rothschild on its acquisition of 15.385% equity interests in Zhonghai Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Zhonghai FMC") held by Xingyun Investment Joint Stock Company. This transaction also involves the bidding and auction procedures of Chongqing United Assets and Equity Exchange ("CUAEE").
Llinks assisted Rothschild in participating in the bidding and auction procedures of CUAEE, drafted and negotiated the transaction documents and assisted Rothschild in securing all the relevant PRC governmental approvals.
