On July 5, 2018, China Pacific Life Insurance ("CPIC"), jointly with Shui On Land and Shanghai Yongye Group successfully bid for the Land Lots No. 123, 124 and132 located in the Middle Huaihai Road Area, Huangpu District, Shanghai. The plot is located at the center of Xintiandi, the best and hottest commercial and business land in recent years. The let area is about 34,800 square meters, and it can be used to build about 197,000 square meters of office buildings and 105,000 square meters of commercial facilities.
Serving as CPIC's legal advisor, Llinks assisted in the deal structure demonstration, transaction documents drafting and negotiations of the project.
