Hua'An SSE 180 ETF Feeder Fund, BoCom Schroders SSE 180 Corporate Governance Index ETF and its feeder fund officially approved by the CSRC recently are the first two feeder funds in China. Llinks was acting as the legal advisor for both such ETF feeder funds.
A large part of the fund assets of Hua'An SSE 180 ETF Feeder Fund will be invested into SSE 180 ETF which has been already been offered by Hua'An while BoCom Schroders applied for the approval for both of the 180 Corporate Governance Index ETF and its feeder fund. In other words, BoCom Schroders have obtained two offering approvals respectively on the ETF and its feeder fund.
