Jerome Tang

Mr. Jerome Tang received his LL.B. from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and his LL.M. from the University of Southern California. Mr. Tang joined Llinks Law Offices in June 2023. Before joining Llinks, Mr. Tang practiced for many years with other leading PRC law firms. He also serves as an external supervisor for Juris Master students at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.

Mr. Tang focuses his practice on private equity, M&A, capital markets and family wealth management. He has extensive experience in hard technology, AI-enabled industries and life sciences, and regularly advises clients on transaction structuring and capital operations. Drawing on his understanding of industry policies, regulatory requirements and commercial practices, Mr. Tang provides integrated legal solutions that address clients’ legal, commercial and financial objectives.

Mr. Tang has advised a broad range of leading domestic and international investors, including CICC Capital, Matrix Partners China, HongShan, CDH Investments, China Internet Investment Fund, JIC Investment, Ant Group, PICC Capital, CPIC Capital, Taikang Capital, Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, SummitView Capital, Oriza Seed, Sino-Ocean Capital, CD Capital, Shougang Fund, CPE, CBC Group and Ventech. He also regularly advises listed companies, industry leaders, unicorn companies and start-ups.
