Llinks Provides Services For the Largest Financing of Seasoned Equity Offering by One Financing Round on ChiNext —— Non-Public Issuance of Stocks of CATL

On June 12, 2020, the non-public issuance of stocks ("Project") of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited ("CATL") was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The total amount of funds raised from the Project is about RMB 19.7 billion, which is the largest financing of Seasoned Equity Offering by one financing round on ChiNext so far. The Project is the first approved non-public issuance of stocks project with the plan of  which the first version  is put forward in accordance with the relative new regulations on refinancing.

As the world's leading supplier of EV battery systems, CATL is the biggest company by market value on ChiNext. According to SNE Research, the installed base of EV battery of CATL is still the top 1 around the world in 2019.

As the legal counsel, Llinks, has provided service for the IPO and issuing corporate bonds of RMB 10 billion of CATL, provides service for the Project.
