With the approval of Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation, Airtac International Group, as a foreign issuer, successfully listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation for its Primary Listing of Securities on 13 December 2010. Airtac International Group is a company registered in Cayman Island and is indirectly holding and controlling three subsidiaries respectively in Ningbo, Guangzhou and Shanghai, China. The key businesses of Airtac include automation industry and related products trade.
In 2008, The Finance Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan released restriction on direct or indirect use of the raised capital for investment into and the ratio thereto accumulated in mainland China, by amending the provisions of Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Securities Issuers. The amendment enhanced the applications for primary listing with Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation by reorganized Chinese mainland enterprises that have Taiwanese investors. According to the Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Issuers, the offering and issuance of securities of foreign issuers whose securities are not listed on overseas' securities markets, when approved by Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation, is defined as "primary listing".
