Recently, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Company Limited ("SPDB") granted a loan facility of around USD300,000,000 to Luye Pharma for its acquisition of certain overseas assets from a leading pharmaceutical giant in the UK.
This transaction spans cross multiple jurisdictions of the PRC, the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and Bermuda. Llinks acted as lead counsel for SPDB and provided legal services in conjunction with other offshore counsels in loan documentation, negotiation and closing.
