Recently, Shanghai Dynamia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dynamia") successfully completed its Angel Round financing of tens of millions of RMB. This round was led by Fosun Capital, with participation from Zhuopu Capital, seed investors, and industrial partners.

Dynamia is dedicated to building world-leading open-source heterogeneous computing power scheduling solutions, driving a revolution in computing efficiency for the AI era. Its team members hail from leading companies in the AI infrastructure sector, possessing extensive technical expertise and industry experience in cloud computing, cloud-native technologies, and GPU sharing and scheduling. Dynamia spearheaded the HAMi project under the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), which stands as the only open-source project in the industry exclusively focused on the virtualization and efficient scheduling of heterogeneous GPU resources.

Currently, HAMi has gathered over 360 contributors from 16 countries and serves more than 200 corporate end-users, including major domestic cloud providers, internet giants, and key account (KA) users. In terms of ecosystem compatibility, HAMi fully supports mainstream domestic and international GPU chips while seamlessly integrating with leading upstream and downstream open-source projects, forming a stable heterogeneous computing ecosystem. Dynamia has already secured commercial orders from several leading clients, and its channel partnership network is expanding rapidly with broad market recognition.

Moving forward, Dynamia will further promote the compatibility and adaptation of HAMi with more GPU manufacturers, explore high-value scenario requirements, advance ecosystem adaptation for large model inference, and build a collaborative upstream and downstream computing service system to continuously empower clients' production-level scenarios.
