October 21, 2021, Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd. (A-share stock code "601828", H-share stock code "01528HK", "Macalline") announced it has successfully completed the non-public offering of A shares. The total amount of funds raised is RMB 3.701 billion.
Macalline is a leading domestic retail provider of home furnishing products in China. According to the disclosure information in its 2020 Annual Report, by Frost & Sullivan statistics, Macalline is the nationwide home decoration and furniture mall operator with the largest business area, the largest number of shopping malls, and the widest geographic coverage in China.
Acting for issuer's advisor, Llinks advises Macalline on completion of its H-share listing in 2015 and A-share listing in 2018, and once again provided professional legal services for Red Star Macalline's non-public A-share issuance in 2021.
