Llinks Advised on the Acquisition of Hongkou SOHO

Llinks has advised Alpha Investment Partners on the acquisition of Hongkou SOHO from SOHO China.

Hongkou SOHO is a Grade-A office tower located in the North Sichuan Road business hub, with a total GFA of approximately 90,000 square meters. The major tenants of Hongkou SOHO includes Panasonic, China Pacific Insurance and SOHO China's shared office brand SOHO 3Q among others.

As legal counsel for the investment consortium, Llinks provided a full range of legal services for this deal, including participating in the due diligence, negotiation and revision of the transaction documents, and closing of the deal.
