On August 29, 2023, EpiReg (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EpiReg") announced the completion of a $32 million Series A financing. This round of financing was co-led by Qiming Venture Partners and OrbiMed Capital, with participation from existing investor Morning Ventures. The funds will be used for preclinical development and early clinical validation of two leading projects.
