Chunhui Bai

Ms. Bai obtained her LL.M. degree from Xiamen University, and her B.Ec. degree from Wuhan University. Ms. Bai joined Llinks Law Offices in January 2022.

Ms. Bai is capable of providing comprehensive legal services to clients throughout stages of fundraising, investment, management, and exit.

In PE/VC and M&A area, Ms. Bai has represented various of investment institutions in their domestic and/or overseas deals, her clients mainly include Alibaba, Ant Group, CDH, SummitView Capital, Sequoia Capital, Matrix Partners, etc. Meanwhile, Ms. Bai also has represented several companies in completing financing (including angel round to Pre-IPO/Crossover round), red-chip structuring and dismantling, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, equity incentives, and joint ventures.

In Fund Formation area, Ms. Bai's practice covers manager registration, fund formation and capital raising, and has represented various investors in fund investments. Her clients include Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co.,Ltd., Shanghai IC Fund, Shanghai Future Industry Fund, Oriza Holdings, Optics Valley Industrial Investment, Huirong Fund, listed companies, and high-net-worth individuals.

In Securities Issuance area, Ms. Bai has advised numerous companies in the logistics, high-end manufacturing, data marketing, medical devices, e-commerce, and cloud communications industries on their initial public offerings and/or refinancing.
In addition, Ms. Bai serves as outside general counsel to multiple venture capital/private equity funds, listed companies, large private enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and startups, providing legal services for their day-to-day operations.
