Bin Yan received his LL.B. degree from Fudan University Law School. Before joining Llinks in 2021, he worked for the trust department of a well-known local law firm for many years.
Yan has extensive experience in financial trust and other asset management fields. He has provided comprehensive legal service in association with hundreds of trust products issued by numerous trust companies, including due diligence, transaction of products, structure design and scheme verification, drafting and revision of legal documentations, analysis of project-based legal issues. He has been deeply involved in the whole procedure of ‘fund-raising, investment, management and exit’ of trust products. In addition, Yan is familiar with legal businesses in various types of private fund.
