Amanda Song

Ms. Amanda Song obtained her LL.B degree from Shanghai International Studies University and her LL.M degree from Northwestern University. Ms. Song joined Llinks Law Offices in 2014 based in Llinks' Shanghai office. Prior to joining the firm, she has worked as an in-house counsel with a Fortune 500 multinational corporation for many years. Ms. Song is admitted to practice in the P.R.C. and qualified in New York State, the United States.

Ms. Song has long been committed to practices in mergers & acquisitions, foreign investments, private equity investments and corporate restructuring. She has nearly 10 years of extensive experience and expertise in advising many renowned financial investors, multinational companies and state-owned enterprises on their green-field projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and investment matters. Her experience spans a broad range of industries including new energy, semiconductor, TMT, medical and healthcare, retail and consumer, etc. She has also regularly advised and assisted private growth company and start-ups in their real estate projects, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, offshore corporate restructuring and asset restructuring. In the meanwhile, Ms. Song acts as the legal advisor in regular commercial and corporate business, assisting companies in designing stock incentive plans and compliance operation. Ms. Song has been awarded the “Special Recommendation” for the Private Equity Investment of the Legal 500 in China in 2024 and 2025.
