Lawrence An

Mr. Lawrence An graduated with an LL.B. from Fudan University and graduated with an LL.M. in International Law from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He has also completed the SELP program at Harvard Business School and has been granted the qualification of a Harvard alumnus.Currently serving as a member of the Digital Technology and AI Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Mr. An has long been committed to professional legal services in the fields of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and foreign private equity funds, new energy vehicles and related value chain, TMT (technology, media and telecom), artificial intelligence, real estate, medical and healthcare, culture and media, high-end intelligent manufacturing etc. He has over 15 years of practice experience in these fields and is excellent in legal expertise and business awareness .
