Ms. Tracy Luo received her LLB degree from Tongji University, LLM degree from University of Southern California and Master of Science in Finance from Pepperdine University respectively. Prior to joining Llinks, Ms. Luo worked as a legal counsel for a large internet financial trading platform. Ms. Luo joined Llinks in August 2015.
Ms. Luo has extensive experience in securities issuance, equity investment, M&A and restructuring, and corporate business.
In the area of securities issuance, Ms. Luo has represented many private companies and state-owned enterprises in their initial public offerings, corporate bond issuances and private issuing of A-shares.
In the area of equity investment, M&A and restructuring, Ms. Luo has advised many listed companies on their domestic and overseas investment, industrial M&A and asset restructuring projects and many domestic institutional investors on their acquisition of controlling interest of A-listing companies, M&A and investment of private companies.

Mr. Benny Xu obtained his bachelor's degree in law at China University of Political Science and Law, and master's degree in law at Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany. Mr. Xu joined Llinks Law Offices in September 2015.

Muyang Zheng

Ms. Muyang Zheng graduated from Beijing Forestry University with a Bachelor degree's in Law. Ms. Zheng joined Llinks in February 2017.
With more than 10 years of practice experience, Ms. Zheng has extensively served financial institutions and investment companies, sponsored and successfully registered more than 100 insurance asset management products (including infrastructure and real estate debt investment plans, equity investment plans), carried out equity investment transactions on behalf of a number of domestic insurance institutions, including the acquisition of insurance intermediaries and investment in real estate projects in several places. She has represented insurance institutions to invest in real estate funds, S funds and mezzanine funds initiated and established by well-known private equity fund managers.

Mr. Lawrence Liu received his LL.B. degree from the Law School of Nanjing University, MPA degree from Tsinghua University and LL.M degree from the Law School of National Tsing Hua University. Mr. Liu joined Llinks Law Offices in October 2021.
Mr. Liu received his LL.B. degree from the Law School of Nanjing University and a master's degree in public administration from Tsinghua University. He also earned his LL.M degree in the Law School of National Tsing Hua University (NTHU). Mr. Liu joined Llinks Law Offices in October 2021. Prior to joining Llinks Law Offices, Mr. Liu worked in a leading law firm in China.
