Aurora Zhang

Aurora Zhang graduated from the Law School of Shanghai International Studies University with an LL.B. degree. She later obtained LL.M. degrees from both University College London and Columbia Law School, and is admitted to practice law in Chinese Mainland and the State of New York, United States. Ms. Zhang joined Llinks Law Offices in February 2015.

Ms. Zhang’s practice focuses on private equity and venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment into China, outbound investment, and joint ventures. Her clients span a wide range of industries and sectors, including new energy, integrated circuits, life sciences, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. In the area of private equity and venture capital, Ms. Zhang has provided legal services for investment projects of numerous domestic and international institutions, including SummitView Capital, Sequoia Capital, CPIC Capital, Alibaba Group, CDH Investments, PICC Capital, and CITIC Agriculture Fund. She has also represented various companies in multiple rounds of financing and restructuring transactions, including Bioyond Tech, MoMo Dim Sum, MetaX Integrated Circuits, and Chasinglight Technology. In addition, Ms. Zhang has advised multinational corporations and listed companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters, with clients including Sinochem International, Unifrax, BP Oil.

Ms. Zhang’s professional capabilities have been widely recognized by authoritative domestic and international legal ranking institutions.
