Lawrence Liu

Lawrence Liu received his LL.B. degree from the Law School of Nanjing University and a master’s degree in public administration from Tsinghua University. He also earned his LL.M degree in the Law School of National Tsing Hua University（NTHU). Liu previously worked at a well-known law firm in China and joined Llinks Law Offices in October 2021.

Since starting his legal practice, Liu has been dedicated to the field of debt restructuring (out-of-court) and corporate bankruptcy reorganization. Liu has served as the administrator or investors/ debtors/ creditors’ legal counsel in a number of listed companies and corporate groups restructuring cases. With outstanding professional ability and rich practical experience in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring, Liu is able to provide clients with innovative, efficient and client-focused legal services, and design the most operational, feasible and personalized legal solutions for clients, assisting enterprises in distress to achieve rebirth or market exit through in-court bankruptcy or out-of-court transactions, and assisting various types of clients interested in participating in the mergers and acquisitions of enterprises in distress, and also assisting clients who are interested in participating in mergers and acquisitions of distressed enterprises to obtain stable and safe investment returns.Liu's clients in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring include large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, Chinses listed companies and large private enterprises. These clients span a wide range of industries, including retail, finance, automotive, aviation logistics, real estate, petroleum and petrochemical.
