Benny Xu

Mr. Benny Xu obtained his bachelor's degree in law at China University of Political Science and Law, and master's degree in law at Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany. Mr. Xu joined Llinks Law Offices in September 2015.

Mr. Benny Xu has almost ten years’ experience in law. His main practice areas include private equity, RMB/USD funds, mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment, antitrust, joint venture, strategic alliance and other corporate transactions.

Mr. Benny Xu has profound experience in private equity. He has regularly advised a variety of clients including well-known domestic and foreign investment institutions, listed companies and startups. His experience spans a broad range of sectors including TMT, consumption, e-commerce, technology, high-end manufacturing, life science and healthcare, culture and entertainment. Mr. Xu has also advised many well-known investment institutions and large-scale enterprises to raise private equity funds, and has provided legal services and compliance suggestions for fund management, operation and investment exit of private equity funds.

Mr. Benny Xu has represented different state-owned enterprises, foreign-owned enterprises and large-scale private enterprises in various M&A, mixed-ownership reform, joint venture, strategic alliance, restructure and private equity transactions, and has regularly advised various state-owned enterprises, foreign-owned enterprises and investment institutions.
