Dennis obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree and Post-graduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. Dennis is a solicitor admitted to practice in Hong Kong and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (non-practising) in 2007.

Dennis has more than 20 years' experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, corporate restructuring and general corporate finance and commercial matters, including advising issuers and sponsors/underwriters on initial public offerings and listings on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Llinks, Dennis had served in various major international law firms in Hong Kong.

  • Represented SMIC in its issuance of USD 600 million listed bonds in Singapore.

  • Acted as regular legal counsel for Zhejiang Shenglong Decoration Material.

  • Represented CLSA Premium in its successful application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in its shares.
