Mr. Shi received his LL.B. degree from the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008. He is currently a Partner in Llinks Law Offices.
Mr. Shi's practice focuses on private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund formation, corporate and foreign direct investment. He has extensive experience on advising complex deal structure and capital re-organization benefited from his thorough understanding of relevant industry policies and field practice.
Mr. Shi has advised a wide-range of clients, including domestic and international investment funds, multinational companies, listed companies, start-ups and growth companies; which spread over a wide range of industries, including investment, hi-tech, chemical engineering, education, healthcare, media, telecom, internet, retail and consumer, etc.
