On the evening of 18 May, 2023, Beijing Park Hyatt saw the glamorous ALB China Law Awards ceremony 2023, where the final winners of ALB China Law Awards were announced.
The Ceremony was star-studded with a gathering of renowned lawyers, leading law firm partners, corporate general counsels, investment bankers and CEOs. Upon ALB's invitation, Llinks managing partner Mr. Christophe Han and Llinks partner Mr. Peiming Yang, Ms. Monica Gao and Mr. Colin Shi attended the grand ceremony.
In recognition of Llinks' outstanding practice performance in the area of capital markets and the profound market influence of 'Gotion High Tech Swiss GDRs', which marked one of the first A-share listed companies to issue Swiss GDRs, ALB honoured Llinks with the 'Equity Market Deal of the Year - Midsize'.
2023 marks the 20th year of the Asian Legal Business in the Chinese market and the 20th anniversary of the ALB China Law Awards. The annual ALB China Law Awards ceremony recognizes the excellence and outstanding achievements of China's leading law firms and in-house legal teams as well as the top deals and dealmakers of the past year. Since its establishment, ALB has always adhered to the principles of fairness, transparency and efficiency in the selection process of the China Law Awards, which has become one of the most influential awards in China's legal sector. The ALB China Law Awards 2023 boasts 44 award categories, with over 200 law firms and corporate legal teams competing and 1700 nominations in total.
