Mr. Shi received his LL.B. degree from the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008. Mr. Shi has been practicing law for more than 12 years.
Mr. Shi's practice focuses on private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, foreign direct investment and fund formation. Mr. Shi has extensive experience on advising complex deal structure and capital re-organization benefited from his thorough understanding of relevant industry policies and field practice.

Ms. Xia graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a LLB degree and a LLM degree. She obtained her second LLM degree in European Union Law and Comparative Law from Ghent University, Belgium. Ms. Xia joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008, and she has been practicing law for more than 12 years.
Ms. Xia possesses rich knowledge and practical experience in Security Issuance, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
Within the area of Security Issuance, Ms. Xia has provided legal services for a number of large private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offering (IPO), bond issuance and private placement.
Ms. Xia is also dedicated to a variety of practices including M&A / Restructuring, Private Equity / Venture Capital, and has provided legal services to prestigious international and domestic companies on high profile mergers and acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring (including Reverse Take Over).
Ms. Xia has participated in writing and editing the "Guidelines for the Repurchase of Domestic Capital Markets for Special Equity Structure Enterprises" (organized and published by the Listing Promotion Center for Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), as well as "Lawyer Practice on Due Diligence" (Edited by the Law School of the Shanghai Bar Association and Published by the Law Press).
