Elaine Wang

Ms. Elaine Wang received her LL.B. degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and LL.M. degree in International Banking and Financial Law from University College London. She joined Llinks in October 2015.
Ms. Wang primarily provides legal services relating to cross-border asset management. She has advised a wide variety of well-known foreign financial institutions on a long-term basis on their QDLP, QDIE, Stock Connect, Bond Connect, Mutual Recognition of Funds ("MRF"), CIBM, WFOE private fund manager ("PFM") registration and private fund launch projects.
Ms. Wang is the external counsel of many renowned global asset managers on a long-term basis.
Leah Yuan

Practice Areas: Retail Funds, Asset Management and Establishment and M&A of Financial Institutions
Ms. Leah Yuan graduated from Hohai University with a Bachelor's degree in Law and obtained her Master's Degree in International Banking and Finance Law from University College London. Prior to joining Llinks, she worked for a reputable law firm and then joined Llinks Law Offices in September 2016.
Ms. Yuan has focused her practice in the area of retail funds and other asset management, specializing in providing legal services for fund management companies ("FMCs") relating to fund issuance, fund investment, fund operation, product design, compliance management effectiveness evaluation and general legal service relating to corporate governance, etc. She has extensive experience in the area of retail funds and other asset management.
In addition, Ms. Yuan has been involved in the establishment, share transfer, ESOP of several FMCs and provided legal service for the establishment of FMCs' overseas subsidiaries and the establishment of asset management subsidiaries of securities companies.
Zoey Pan

Ms. Zoey Pan received her Bachelor's Degree of Law and Master's degree of International Law from China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Pan joined Llinks in May 2016.
Ms. Pan has focused her practice around securities investment funds and other asset management businesses, specializing in providing the legal services with fund management companies ("FMCs") relating to the product design, fundraising, distribution, investment, operation, corporate governance and evaluating the effectiveness of compliance management.
In addition, Ms. Pan has participated in the establishment, share transfer of FMCs and their subsidiaries.
Jane Chen

Ms. Jane Chen received her LLB degree and Master's Degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Chen joined Llinks in 2016.
Ms. Chen has focused her practice around asset management businesses, specializing in providing the legal services with asset management institution relating to the product design, fundraising, investment, operation and corporate governance. She has rich experience in various types of asset management business areas such as retail funds, private asset management business, bank wealth management and so on.
In addition, Ms. Chen has represented clients in the establishment of wealth management companies and the obtainment of funds distribution license for independent fund distribution institutions.
Sol Zhang

Mr. Sol Zhang was graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, and then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of Iowa College of Law.
Mr. Zhang is mainly focused on the practices of cross border transactions, while his practice also covers domestic mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and private equity and venture capital investments. He has been constantly advising public companies, investment funds and large state-owned enterprises and private companies in their mergers and acquisitions and other investments abroad, which covers the business sectors of renewable energy, hi-tech and manufacturing, retailing, agriculture and pharmaceutical, among which, Mr. Zhang has advised on numerous renowned mergers and acquisition projects in the mining sector relating in the renewable energy supply chain. Mr. Zhang has also advised multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises and private companies in their domestic investments in a number of industries.
In addition to the mergers and acquisition area, Mr. Zhang has advised various private equity and venture capital funds (including leading U.S. funds) in their equity investment under different structures of VIE, red chip and domestic joint venture, where such projects cover the phases from angel investments to the Pre-IPO phase (including investments by a leading U.S. funds into a leading ESN company for its various series of equity financing).
Mr. Zhang also advised renowned foreign universities in their Sino-foreign joint education projects in China. Also, Mr. Zhang has provided general advisory services to various multinational companies in medical equipment, hi-tech and manufacturing and other industries, and advised on issues in their daily operation (such as dispute relating to its joint venture).
Mr. Zhang has won the IFLR 1000 Rising Star Award for M&A in 2023.
Andy Cai

Mr. Andy Cai received his LLB from the East China University of Political Science and Law and his LLM from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Mr. Cai joined Llinks in 2018.
Mr. Cai has extensive experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), telecommunications, media and technology (TMT).
In the area of real estate, Mr. Cai has participated in a number of transactions involving retail, industrial, logistics and Internet Data Center properties, and has also provided legal services to multiple clients regarding their investments in, and operation of real estate projects.
In the area of M&A, Mr. Cai has provided legal services to a number of foreign and domestic companies regarding their investments and M&A in areas including medical devices, commodities, industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, Internet, consulting, retail and tourism, etc.
In the area of TMT, Mr. Cai has provided legal services to foreign and domestic clients on their investments in, and operation of Internet Data Centers, IOT and various Internet applications and services in China.
Mr. Cai was recognized in the '2023 30 Under 30 Lawyers' list by LEGALBAND.
Lily Yang

Ms. Lily Yang received her LLB degree from Southwest University of Political Science and her LLM degree from Xiamen University. Prior to joining Llinks in April 2018, Ms. Yang worked in the Shanghai office of a well-known law firm.
Ms. Yang boasts a comprehensive legal background, having honed her expertise in private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. She caters to a diverse clientele, encompassing prominent investment funds and family offices, both domestically and internationally listed companies, as well as industry leaders across various sectors.
Notably, Ms. Yang brings deep experience to the table in healthcare, integrated circuits, consumer goods, internet, and media. Her impressive track record extends to providing ongoing legal counsel to a distinguished roster of investment institutions and industrial groups.
