Profiles
Ms. Elaine Wang received her LL.B. degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and LL.M. degree in International Banking and Financial Law from University College London. She joined Llinks in October 2015.
Ms. Wang primarily provides legal services relating to cross-border asset management. She has advised a wide variety of well-known foreign financial institutions on a long-term basis on their QDLP, QDIE, Stock Connect, Bond Connect, Mutual Recognition of Funds (“MRF”), CIBM, WFOE private fund manager (“PFM”) registration and private fund launch projects.
Ms. Wang is the external counsel of many global asset managers on a long-term basis.
