Ms. Pan received her Bachelor’s Degree of Law and Master’s degree of International Law from China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Pan joined Llinks in May 2016.
Ms. Pan has focused her practice around securities investment funds and other asset management businesses, specializing in providing the legal services with fund management companies (“FMCs”) relating to the product design, fundraising, distribution, investment, operation, corporate governance and evaluating the effectiveness of compliance management.
In addition, Ms. Pan has participated in the establishment，share transfer of FMCs and their subsidiaries.
