Cherri Che

Ms. Che graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and used to be a software engineer. Since 2010, she has been deeply engaged in the areas of intellectual property. Currently, she is the director of the Professional Committee of Commercial Secret Law of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, the Deputy director of the Patent Law Professional Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association, the expert of Intellectual Property Expert Database in Shenzhen, the expert of Intellectual Property Protection Workstation of Shenzhen Rail Transit Association, and the arbitrator of Zhaoqing Arbitration Commission and Maoming Arbitration Commission. Ms. Che is admitted to practice law in the People's Republic of China and she is qualified to practise as a patent attorney.

Ms. Che has served as the legal counsel of many high-tech enterprises. She is good at putting forward reasonable suggestions on intellectual property protection for enterprises, including intellectual property mining, intellectual property layout and intellectual property operation, and has represented intellectual property cases of many well-known enterprises. The cases she has handled have been selected as the top ten typical cases of intellectual property undertaken by Shenzhen lawyers for many times. She has accumulated rich experience in handling cases concerning patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and unfair competition.

In the aspect of patent, Ms. Che can provide clients with ‘one-stop’ legal services from patent application, authorization, patent invalidation, and infringement litigation. She has represented many patent infringement disputes, patent ownership disputes and patent invalidation cases including ‘YD693 model game console’, ‘beauty instrument’, ‘rail car’ and other Supreme Court retrial cases.
