On 18 August 2023, the 8th Xuhui Riverside Rule of Law Forum ('the Forum') was held in Shanghai under the guidance of the Exchange Foundation of the China Law Society, the Shanghai Bar Association, and the Xuhui District Judicial Bureau, and hosted by the Institute of Intellectual Property and Competition Law of the Shanghai Jiaotong University, the Xuhui Lawyers' Working Committee, and Legal Vision. Industry leaders and professionals from academia, legal practice, IP legal service industry, corporate and media gathered at the Forum, focusing on intellectual property protection, legal service innovation and brand development. The Forum saw the release of 'Law Firm Brand Influence Guide in Intellectual Property Practice (2023)' and Legal Vision's 'Guide to IP Legal Service Brands (2023)'.
