Llinks partner Ms. Cherri Che graduated from the Computer Science Department of Southwest Jiaotong University and was formerly a software engineer. Since beginning her practice in 2010, she has been deeply engaged in the intellectual property field. She holds both PRC legal professional qualification and patent attorney qualification.
With a science and engineering background, Llinks partner Ms. Cherri Che had 11 years of technical R&D experience before becoming a lawyer. She serves as legal counsel for multiple sci-tech innovation enterprises, excelling at proposing rational IP protection suggestions. She has represented numerous well-known domestic and foreign enterprises in IP cases. Litigation cases she handled were selected for the Supreme People's Court's Annual Report on Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Intellectual Property Cases (2023), and her patent technological achievement transformation case was selected as one of the "First Batch of Ten Typical Cases of Patent Agencies Boosting Patent Transformation and Application" by the All-China Patent Attorneys Association.
