Ms. Joyce Zhang received her LL.B. degree from Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and her LL.M degree from the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law.
Ms. Zhang's practice focuses on private equity/venture capital, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and foreign direct investment. Ms. Aurora Zhang obtained her LL.B. degree from Shanghai International Studies University, and her LL.M. degree respectively from University College London in 2014 and Columbia Law School in the United States in 2020.
